Our refund policy

We do not offer refunds

Account fees and reset fees are non-refundable — including for accidental purchase, incorrect plan selection, or platform or data issues. If your evaluation fails, you can reset for a one-time fee and keep trading, or start a new account.

The one exception

If we cancel your account because a required verification can't be completed or is finally rejected, and your account was never provisioned for trading, your purchase is refunded in full — because no service was rendered.

In practice this is rare: accounts are provisioned shortly after purchase, and verification happens later, when your first payout is ready. Once an account has been provisioned, the service has been delivered and this exception no longer applies. If identity verification doesn't pass.

Chose the wrong product?

If you select the wrong product or tier, no refund is available; you can purchase the correct one separately. A purchase is considered rendered in full once we provide access to the purchased account.
