If identity verification fails
What happens if a verification doesn't pass depends on which stage it is.
Stage 1 — Identity (SumSub)
This happens before your trading account is provisioned.
- Many checks can be retried — follow the prompts in your dashboard to resubmit.
- If your identity is finally rejected, your accounts are cancelled, your purchase is refunded in full (because no service was rendered), and you may be barred from the platform.
Stage 2 — Payout (Rise)
This happens after you've passed the evaluation, before your first payout.
- If you fail Stage 2, no refund is issued — the evaluation account service was fully delivered.
