The two verification stages

FundYourEdge verifies you at two separate points. Each has its own independent requirements, and passing one does not guarantee the other.

Stage 1 — Identity (before you trade)

Before your account is provisioned for trading, you complete identity verification through our partner SumSub, right from your dashboard. This confirms you are who you say you are and meets our anti-money-laundering obligations.

If your identity check is finally rejected, your accounts are cancelled, your purchase is refunded, and you can't continue on the platform. What happens if identity verification fails.

Stage 2 — Payout (before your first payout)

After you pass the evaluation, you complete a separate payout verification through our disbursement partner Rise. This is required before your first payout is approved.

If you fail Stage 2, no refund is issued — because the evaluation service was fully delivered.
