Getting paid as an Ambassador
You earn a commission on every account the traders you introduce buy. Here's how that money reaches you.
The three things that gate a withdrawal
- The 45-day hold. Each commission is held for 45 days from the referred sale, so refunds and chargebacks can settle first (unless a different window is agreed with you in writing). The clock is set per commission at the moment it's earned — so your balance releases in the order you earned it, not all at once.
- The $500 minimum. You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches $500. Held commissions don't count toward it; released ones do.
- Verification. Before your first withdrawal you complete a one-time verification with Rise, our global payout partner.
Your dashboard shows all three at once: what's held, what's available, and what's still needed.
How you're paid
Through Rise, the same partner that pays our funded traders.
When your first withdrawal is ready, Rise emails you an onboarding link. You create your Rise account and complete their verification once. From then on, approved withdrawals land in your Rise balance and you withdraw to your own bank account or in USDC, whenever you like.
Your bank and wallet details live in Rise, not with us, and you can change them there yourself at any time. How identity verification works.
Requesting a withdrawal
Request from your Ambassador Console whenever you're eligible — there's no fixed payout date to wait for. You can have one open request at a time; when it completes, you can request again.
Your commission is yours in full. Unlike a trader payout there's no profit split, so the amount you request is the amount that reaches your Rise account.
Clawbacks
If a referred purchase is charged back or turns out to be fraudulent, we may claw the commission back from future earnings. The 45-day hold exists to catch most of this before it's ever paid out.
One account, one method
If you're both a trader and an Ambassador, the same Rise account serves both. You verify once, and your trading payouts and your Ambassador withdrawals both settle there.
They stay separate records, though — an Ambassador withdrawal is not a trader payout. Each has its own balance, its own rules, and its own reference number, so you can always tell which is which.
