Reset fees and how to pay
A reset lets you start your evaluation over with a fresh balance, drawdown, and trading-day count — for a one-time reset fee.
What it costs
The reset fee depends on your account tier and is shown at checkout when you start a reset. It's a one-time fee — there's no subscription.
How to pay
You can purchase a reset from your dashboard whenever your evaluation account is active or failed within its window. Pay with your card on file or another accepted payment method.
Good to know
- A reset purchased before your deadline keeps the same deadline; after your deadline it starts a fresh 30-day window.
- Resets apply to evaluation accounts only — funded accounts can't be reset.
- Reset fees are non-refundable.
