When payouts are processed
You can request a payout on any eligible day — there's no fixed payout window. Request whenever you've met your package's rules.
The eight steps
Once you submit a request, you can follow it on your payout page. It moves through eight steps, in order, and each one is stamped with the time it completed:
| Step | What's happening |
|---|---|
| Requested | We've received your request. |
| Eligibility confirmed | We're re-checking your account against the payout requirements. |
| Risk cleared | We're completing a routine review of recent trading activity. |
| Compliance cleared | We're confirming your identity and payout details. |
| Payout approved | Your request is with our team for final approval. |
| Balance settled | We're updating your account balance. |
| Payment processing | Your payment is on its way. |
| Funds released | Your funds have been sent. |
The step you're currently on tells you where your money is. You don't need to do anything at any of them — if we need something from you, we'll contact you directly.
Payouts are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and once approved, funds are disbursed within 1–2 business days after that.
Those are typical timeframes rather than guarantees — the reviews are done by people, and the balance step can wait on the market (see below).
When your next cycle starts
This is the part worth understanding, because it decides when your profitable days, your consistency check, and your cycle profit start counting again.
Your next cycle starts the moment your payout is approved — not when you request it, and not when the money arrives.
The trading day your payout is approved in belongs to the cycle that's ending. Your new cycle starts with the next one.
That gives you one complete trading day between the payout we've just approved and the first day that counts toward your next one.
Working out which day that is
Trading days here are futures sessions, not calendar days. A session runs from 6:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET the next day, and it's named for the day it ends — so trading on Wednesday evening is part of Thursday's session.
| Your payout is approved | It falls in this trading day | Your new cycle starts |
|---|---|---|
| Wednesday, 10:00 AM ET | Wednesday | Thursday |
| Wednesday, 4:30 PM ET | Wednesday | Thursday |
| Wednesday, 5:05 PM ET | Thursday | Friday |
| Wednesday, 7:00 PM ET | Thursday | Friday |
| Friday, 5:30 PM ET | Monday | Tuesday |
| Any time over the weekend | Monday | Tuesday |
The 5:00 PM ET close is the dividing line. Before it, your payout is approved in the day that's still running. After it, the session that ends the following day has already begun — so that's the day it falls in, and your new cycle starts the day after.
What that means in practice
- Your counters reset at approval. If your dashboard reads "4 of 5 profitable days", expect it to go back to 0 around the time your payout is approved — not on the day the money lands in your bank.
- Days you trade while your request is under review still count toward the cycle that's ending. Nothing is lost while you wait on us; that's exactly why we re-check your account at approval rather than at the moment you submitted.
- Nothing about your balance changes. This is only about which sessions the rules count. Profit you made on the day your payout was approved is still yours and still in your account — it just isn't part of the next cycle's tally.
See Prime payouts or Clear payouts for what your package counts.
If a step is taking a while
"Balance settled" is the one that can sit. It's where we update your trading account balance to reflect the payout, and that depends on the market:
We're updating your account balance. This can take longer when the market is closed.
A payout approved after Friday's close can't finish that step until the next trading session opens. That's expected, not a problem — nothing is stuck and nothing is required from you.
What "eligible" means
You become eligible once you've met your package's payout rules. Those requirements are shown in your dashboard at the time of each request. See payout eligibility.
